About Bunny Creek Products
How does Bunny creek offer products at such great prices?
We have a valuable relationship with many manufacturers and suppliers. This allows us to carefully hand-pick the styles and quality of clothing we sell to meet our high standards. Because many of our suppliers provide us with brand-name overstocks and excess inventory items, we can acquire our products at a very low cost. In many cases, we are offering you the same baby and children's clothing that is manufactured for department, discount, and specialty stores. Because of this, our products are offered at up to 70% off (and sometimes more) of regular retail and list prices.
To make our selection even better, we also hand pick a variety of other first quality, first season styles from brands like Baby Togs, Rare Editions, Nannette and others.
And we will have a regular turnover of clothing and other items to choose from so that you will always have new choices.
Are all of your clothing products new and first quality? Everything we sell is brand new and first quality. We do not sell used or secondhand products. Occasionally we may acquire new, but slightly irregular, products and these products are marked as "slightly irregular". In addition, we do sell some products that we refer to as "cut tag" or "private label". This reflects an item where the attached brand tag has been cut out, clipped, or has a large mark through it. These products are not inferior and are first quality unless marked otherwise.
What does "slightly irregular" mean? Products marked this way may have a slight blemish or imperfection. In most cases, these imperfections are not even noticeable. Any item that is slightly irregular will be designated as such in our product listing. Very few of our products are irregular, but we like to offer them because of the great savings we can pass on to you for these "almost perfect" products!
What does "cut tag" or "private label" mean? "Cut Tag" or "Private Label" may be mentioned in our product listings on items where the attached brand tag has been cut out, clipped, or has a large mark through it. These items are always first quality unless noted.
There is a collection of brand name suppliers and manufacturers that do not allow us to use their brand names. (For example, O_d N_vy, L_nds E_d, and others) These are "private label" brands. The tags on the products they provide to us may be cut out, snipped, or have a dark line through the brand. This is also the manufacturers way of designating the item as a closeout or surplus.
What is list price or retail price? We try to mention the list price, sometimes referred to as retail price, on most items we sell. The list price on our site is the price that is either set by the manufacturer, a pre-ticketed price, a price that is commonly seen for the product in the market, or a price that estimates what that type of product sells for in the market place. At Bunny Creek, we are usually able to provide our products at a price below list price. Therefore, we show the percent saved off list price for many of the products we sell. We do this in an effort to show our customers what the product might cost elsewhere and to show the savings we offer.
What sizes do you sell in Baby & Kids Clothing? We sell boys and girls clothing from newborn through size 6X/7. For ease in shopping, most of our clothing will appear under a particular size category as follows:
Newborn - Sizes from 0 months to 9 months
Infant - Sizes from 12 months to 24 months
Toddler - Sizes from 2T to 4T
Big Kids - Sizes from 4 to 6X for Girls and 4 to 7 for boys
Do you sell other baby and children's items like gifts or room decor? The answer is a big YES! While we do focus on offering a broad array of children's clothing, we also offer a variety of quality gifts, toys, and room decor for kids. We are constantly looking for quality gifts and decor -- some are personalized by experienced artists, others are made-to-order just for you, while others are shipped fresh from the manufacturer. Can you send me a catalog?
Bunny Creek does not offer a printed catalog at this time. You can easily view our products and order directly from our website. All items on the website are in stock unless otherwise noted.
How do I know what size to buy? We offer a Size Chart as a guideline when ordering. Please remember the size chart is a guideline. Sizing on different brands may vary and, of course, all children vary in size. Our best recommendation is to use the size chart and purchase the largest size relating to the measurement.
What are your business hours?
You can place an order online at Bunny Creek 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our business hours, for fulfilling orders and customer service, are from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, CST, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
Do you have a physical store I can visit? We are an internet-based store only, and do not have a physical storefront. You can place orders at our website.
Placing Your Order
How do I place an order?
You can place an order online at Bunny Creek 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. View our Customer Care page for more information on the step by step order process.
Can I order by phone? Yes, you can order by phone toll-free at (888) 383-4825. Our customer care business hours are Monday thru Friday from 9AM to 3PM CST. Please leave a message and allow us to return your call if you are connected to our voice message system. Since we use internet and e-mail technology to keep our costs low for our customers, we greatly encourage our customers to order through our secure online store. This is usually easier and faster than ordering by phone.
What information do you need from me when I checkout? For checking out, we ask you to complete the following information:
Shipping Name, Address, and Phone Number
Billing Name, Address, and Phone Number (if different than the shipping address)
Choose your shipping method
Gift Wrap Information (optional)
Payment Information
E-mail Address (for sending order and shipping confirmation e-mails to you)
It is important to note that we do validate the Billing Name, Address and Phone number with the issuing bank of the card used on the order. If this information is incorrect, it may delay your order.
How do I know my order has been placed? You will know you completed the checkout and order process when you reach the confirmation page. At the top, this page reads in bold, "Thank you for your order.". Also, once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email.
Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to change or cancel the order if it has not shipped.
How do I check the status of my order? Your order confirmation e-mail includes a link to the order status page. You should have recieved this e-mail just after your order was placed. You can also contact us for your order status.
Can I track the status of my shipment? As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail. This e-mail includes a link to the shipping status page for the order. This page will indicate whether your order has shipped and will include a link for tracking on all UPS-shipped orders. Orders shipped via USPS will not include any tracking information, only that the order has shipped. Some USPS orders will include a shipping confirmation number. This status will indicate only if the order has arrived at its destination.
The shopping cart indicated that an item is no longer available or out of stock. Can I include it in my order? While we try to keep all inventory levels updated, occasionally you may not be able to add an item to the shopping cart because it has recently sold out or is out of stock. These items can't be added to the shopping cart. Please remember, that because we offer great overstock and surplus deals, we will have limited quantities in many of our products...and when they are gone, they're gone!
Can I purchase an item marked "OUT OF STOCK" on the product page? Items marked as "OUT OF STOCK" are not orderable at the time they are marked that way. However, most of these items are items that we do reorder and will be available again shortly. We work hard to restock these items quickly and the product page will be updated so that they can be ordered when they are again stocked.
What happens when an item I ordered is no longer available after I placed the order? We strive to make sure that our website is updated with the latest available products. However, occasionally, an item on an order may no longer be available. In this case, if we have a valid substitute item, we will let you know as soon as possible to see if you would like to substitute. If we have no substitutes (such as size, color, similiar style, etc.), before shipping, we will change the quantity on the order to zero and you will not be charged for the item.
Can I backorder an item that is "out of stock" or unavailable? At this time, we don't offer backorders for our products. However you can always contact us with any questions about availability.
I can only place one item in my cart and others items don't appear there. What is the problem? This issue is typically an issue with the security settings on your browser. Cookies must be allowed on your browser. The following informtion explains how to enable cookies on different browsers: -Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.x

Can you special order items that I don't see on the Bunny Creek website? In general, we are not able to offer special orders for products that don't appear on our website. However you can always contact us with any questions about availability or items for which you are interested.
Gift Services
Does Bunny Creek offer gift wrapping services? Yes. You can choose gift wrap for babies, birthdays, and holidays (in season). Gift wrapping cost is $4.00 per order and you choose the gift wrapping option when checking out. You can also add a gift message for your order at checkout. Some items (mostly non-clothing items) may not have gift wrapping available for them. This will be indicated on the product page.
Can I purchase a Bunny Creek Gift Certificate? Yes, you can choose a gift certificate in various denominations from $20.00 to $200.00. Our gift certificates are sent within 24 hours to the recipient via e-mail. You can purchase gift certificates here.
Payment and Sales Tax Information
What type of payment does Bunny Creek accept? Bunny Creek accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards for payment. We also accept Paypal. You can choose any of these methods for payment when checking out. Please note that we currently do not accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the US.
Can I send a money order or personal check to pay for my order? No, at this time we do not accept personal checks or money orders for payment.
Is my credit card information safe when I enter the information in the checkout process? You can safely enter your credit card number and associated personal information. Our hosting servers are operated by Yahoo! and their experts. The servers use industry-standard security technology so you can be assured that your card information is private and secure when entered in our checkout process. In addition, your card number will be automatically deleted from our order system 30 days after the order is placed.
When will my card be charged or my Paypal funds transferred? Most cards are charged just before they are shipped. This is usually 1-2 business days after the order is placed. For non-clothing items with 1-4 week shipping timeframes, we charge the card within 1-2 days after the order is placed. Paypal funds are transferred in the same timeframe of 1-2 days for most orders.
Does Bunny Creek charge sales tax? Sales Tax is charge for orders that are shipped to Oklahoma. Orders shipped to destinations outside of Oklahoma are not charged sales tax.
What is the sales tax rate for orders shipping to Oklahoma? For orders shipped to Oklahoma, add 4.50% sales tax. If your order is:
Inside Cherokee County, add an additional 2.00% sales tax (6.5% Total);
Inside Wagoner County, add an additional 1.30% sales tax (5.8% Total);
Inside Broken Arrow City (outside of Wagoner County) - add an additional 3.00% sales tax (7.5% Total);
Inside Wagoner County and the City of Broken Arrow, add an additional 4.30% Sales Tax (8.80% Total)
Shipping and Delivery Information
Where can my order be shipped? Bunny Creek ships to all 50 states, US PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to any international locations.
I am in the military and have a military address. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses? We are happy to accomodate the great men and women in the United States military and their families. We offer standard shipping to APO and FPO addresses. These orders are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Simply choose the APO/FPO shipping option when checking out. And, by the way, thanks for your service to our country!
How much does it cost to ship my order? Bunny Creek is proud to offer flat rate shipping of $6.95 for standard shipping orders. We offer Standard Shipping and 2nd Day Air Shipping for your convenience. Our rates are included in the table below.

What carriers do you use to ship my order? We ship primarily by United States Postal Service and UPS. For Standard Shipping orders, we ship via US Postal Service or UPS. All PO Box and APO/FPO orders are shipped via US Postal Service. Our 2nd Day Air orders are shipped by UPS. Some non-clothing products may be shipped via FedEx or other carriers. Some products we offer can not be shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. The product pages indicate if the product can not be shipped to certain addresses.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? Most orders ship within 1-2 business days unless otherwise noted on the item page.
If you chose Standard Shipping, your package should arrive in 2-5 business days after it ships, depending on your location. If you chose UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive in 2-3 business days after it has shipped. Remember -- 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by 9:30AM CDT to be considered for shipment that day, otherwise, it may not ship until the next day. All APO/FPO military address orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We can not clearly estimate the time of delivery to these addresses since the military handles the final stage of delivery. If you purchased one of our non-clothing products like step stools, rocking chairs, personalized gifts, etc., the online product page will indicate the approximate shipping time for the product. If you purchased an e-mail gift certificate, your gift certificate will be e-mailed to the recipient within 24 hours after placing your order.
I haven't received my order. I think it may be lost. What do I do? If you believe there is a problem in delivery, please contact us. We will be glad to help you track down the order. Before contacting us, be sure to check your tracking information if you have it and also check with neighbors, look in your garage, or search other places that the package may have been placed by the carrier.
Will all of the items on my order arrive at the same time? If you ordered more than one item, some items in your order may be shipped in separate shipments. Items that may ship separately include personalized items, toys, step stools, bedding, furniture, and other non-clothing products.
Returns and Exchanges
How do I return an item?
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return and item(s) within 30 days after purchase. You must receive an Return Authorization Number (RA#) for returns. This number must be written on the return box. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Review our detailed Return Policy to acquire your RA# and tor review return procedures and information.
Does Bunny Creek pay the shipping costs for return items? In order to keep our costs low and offer such great deals to our customers, we are not able to pay shipping costs to return items to Bunny Creek. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged item? We strive to be accurate with each and every order. However, occasionally a damaged item or the wrong item can be delivered. If this occurs, we will be happy to help correct any issues. Please contact us and explain the situation. Try to have your order number handy when contacting us.
Can I exchange an item I purchased? If you would like to return an item in exchange for a different item, return the item you don't want and simply order the new item online at any time. For the return, refer to our Return Policy procedures. We will credit your account for the return when we receive it. Return shipping costs are not refundable.
Privacy and Security
Is it safe to include my personal information when shopping at Bunny Creek? Because we are supported by the expertise of Yahoo!, you can be assured that any sensitive or personal information is secure at Bunny Creek. You can read the Bunny Creek Privacy Policy and the Yahoo! Does Bunny Creek sell my personal information to anyone? Bunny Creek will not share any personal or other information you provide to us with any other entities or persons, without your consent. From time to time we may share "Personally Identifable Information" with third parties who perform certain services and functions on our behalf, such as shipping orders (for example, UPS). These parties only have access to the Personal Information they need to perform their functions and we require them to use the information only in connection with the services they provide for us. Other General Questions
Why do colors of items on your website look too light, too dark, or generally not the right color?
The Bunny Creek Team has made every effort to process the item pictures so that when depicted on the computer screen they are the true color. However, computer screens display colors differently and some screen setting preferences can greatly differ from person to person and screen to screen. In the instance that you may not be viewing the item picture as true to color, we have tried to include full descriptions of each item on the item page to help you "see" the product as it really exists.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are not a wholesaler. We are a retail company that sells to consumers. As a retail company, we don't sell in bulk at volume discounts.
Do you offer volume discounts? As a retail company, we don't sell wholesale or in bulk at volume discounts. Periodically, we do offer consumer coupons for order discounts and special offers.
Do you have contact information for the manufacturer of your clothing? As a policy we don't offer contact information about our suppliers. If you are looking for information related to a particular brand or manufacturer for your business, we recommend you do a web search or a lookup in the online white pages. If you have purchased or plan to purchase a product from us as a retail customer/consumer, we will be happy to answer any questions about our products as best we can.
If I put my contact information on my order, will I receive unsolicited mail or e-mail? We do not add our customers to any solicitation or marketing lists. We do offer the opportunity to our customers to be added to our mailing list when ordering. If that box is checked on the order form, we will add the customer e-mail address and name to our e-mail list. Our mailing list is used to keep our customers informed of new products, sales, deals, coupons and other Bunny Creek information. We do not sell or give out our mailing list contact information.
