2008 HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMELINES & HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Christmas/New Years Holiday:

Please place your orders at any time.

However, orders placed after 9:30 AM CST on Tuesday, December 23, 2008 will begin shipping on Monday, January 5, 2009. Due to the Christmas and New Years Holidays, Bunny Creek will not ship orders during this time.

However these guidelines are based on the regular shipping performance of our shipping providers. If ordered within our guidelines, orders should arrive before December 25. We do guarantee 2nd Day Air shipping if ordered as outlined in our shipping guidelines.
** We can not clearly estimate the time of delivery to military addresses since the military handles the final stage of delivery to these addresses. We advise you to order as early as possible for delivery to these addresses.

Christmas / Holiday Return Policy:

As a convenience to our customers for gift giving, we have an extended return policy during the Christmas / Holiday season.
Items purchased from November 10 through December 25 are eligible to be returned through January 15, 2009 or 30 days after purchase whichever is longer.

All items purchased at Bunny Creek must be returned via our normal return procedures outlined below.
Please note that item pages marked with a shorter than 30 day return timeframe or those items that may not be returned are not eligible for our extended return policy.
