We gather information through three basic sources:
- The Bunny Creek, LLC website at www.bunnycreek.com.
- The telephone and/or fax when customers inquire about products or order over the phone.
- By mail when customers may inquire about products or send us a letter with feedback of their experience. This is rarely a source of personal information, but worth mentioning.
Information we collect:
During the course of ordering or inquiring from our website, we may collect information that is considered personal and identifies you individually. We also collect payment information that could identify you as an individual. In addition, we do collect information that is anonymous and does not identify an individual. These three types of information are described below.
"Personally Identifiable Information" is private information about you as an individual and/or about the person to whom our products are being shipped. Examples of this information include names, addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, and other personal information that identifies you or order recipient personally.
"Payment Information" is private information that pertains to how you will pay for an order from our website. This would include a credit card number, credit card type, and expiration date. The above-mentioned information is provided by the customer. Through our credit card merchant system, we also collect billing address verification and credit card "CVV" information. This information is used to verify that the card belongs to the person listed under the billing address information.
"Anonymous Information" includes information such as how many users visit our website, what pages were viewed, keywords used in searches, IP (Internet Protocol) addresses, referring Web Page URLs, and Web Pages from affiliate referrers. All of this information is collected without personally identifying the user. An example of anonymous information would be statistics that state how many users visited a page or the website in any given day. However, the users are not identified, just the aggregate number of visitors.
How do we use the information collected?
We may use "Personally Identifiable Information" collected through the Web site or telephone to complete an order or transaction requested by you, our customer. If you place an order with Bunny Creek, the information collected for that transaction will be used to fulfill your order, get the order shipped properly, and bill you correctly. This information may also be used when you return a product or if billing adjustments are required.
If you request to be added to our mailing list, we may also use your mailing address, telephone number or e-mail address to alert you to special offers, sales, store updates, and new services. We offer an opt-out option on each of our e-mail offers so that you may opt-out of our list.
If you provide address information to our mailing list and/or during the order process, we will not sell or trade that information to anyone for any reason. However, if you specifically agree to provide us with identifiable information, such as by asking to be put on our mailing list, we may contact you from time to time.
"Payment Information" is used to complete billing and crediting issues on orders placed at Bunny Creek. The Bunny Creek website is hosted by a Yahoo!Store 100% secure server in order to provide a secure shopping experience. Yahoo!Store uses industry-standard SSL encryption to scramble credit card information entered by Bunny Creek customers.
"Anonymous Information" collected through our Web site is used for maintenance, monitoring and marketing uses, but this information is not linked to you without your permission.

Sharing of Information
